This is a retainer program that grants you access to Sachi whenever you need during that time period (monthly, quarterly, or annually).  
 
This includes:
texting/DM/email support
video/phone calls
astrological insight/services
psychic readings
spellwork
 
This allows you to contact Sachi any time and obtain the services you want and need.  The retainer program allows you to pre-pay for these services and access the benefits when you need them, with Sachi making you the priority.
 
For certain astrological services, Sachi may request a 72-hour period to study the transits, prepare the material, etc. 
 
Scheduling calls, sessions, etc. at least 24-hours beforehand is preferred but Sachi shall remain accessible to you in any emergency or urgent matter.
